All medications available from Wedgewood Pharmacy require a prescription from a licensed prescriber. We require proof of appropriate licensure (state license and/or DEA where appropriate) to process all orders. Wedgewood Pharmacy ships to U.S. addresses only. To place an order:

• Use our interactive telephone system 24/7. Just call (888) 678-1967, follow the simple voice prompts and use your practice's primary telephone number to place an order for a new prescription, update an existing prescription or place an order for your office use.
  
  
• Place office orders online 24/7 at
  www.MyWedgewoodPharmacy.com. If any prescriber in your practice has not already received his or her secure user ID, use the online form at www.WedgewoodPharmacy.com/UID to request one.
  
  
• Place orders by fax 24/7. Use our convenient RxFax form or your own prescription pad and fax your order to (800)589-4250. If you need a supply of our RxFax forms, send an E-mail to RxFax@WedgewoodPharmacy.com and we'll fax the form to you.
  
  
• Place orders by telephone. Call (888) 678-1967 or (856) 589-4200 and speak with our customer care specialists. Pharmacy Hours: Calls are answered Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, excluding the above mentioned holidays.

Patients and Pet Owners

If you have a valid prescription for compounded medication, we welcome you to fill that prescription at Wedgewood Pharmacy. We need an original prescription or a fax of the original, patient and shipping information and payment in advance. We accept major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Please call (888) 678-1967 for additional instructions. If you do not have a valid prescription for a compounded medication, please print out our "About Us" page and see your doctor or veterinarian. Compounded medications require a prescription from your doctor.

For refills, use our easy RxRefill form.
